Andreas Binder, head of the product line workholdings at Erwin Halder KG, is i.a. responsible for modular clamping products.

Halder is the only manufacturer who offers T-slot as well as hole and dowel systems. So far lots of time and specific knowledge of modular systems was necessary, to be able to display a modular device in CAD/CAM. The fixture butler allows you to create the NC program in an efficient way, regarding interferences of the modular clamping device, but no need of a physically present workpiece. This way it is possible to further reduce the development time for new parts.
