Olaf Hilla has been working at WABCO for 19 years and is currently the Team Leader for “Mechanical Construction Technology”. His strengths lie in the areas of standardization (parts / processes) and in technical support. He has expert knowledge in the designing and verifying of screw connections regarding the geometrical product specifications in accordance with ISO 14638 (construction / design quality) and is deeply rooted in the construction elements of WABCO. Most recently, Olaf Hilla was responsible for the development of an internal competence centre for sealing designs, where he is now also the Team Leader.
