Since January 2000, Dr. Arne Gaiser has been responsible for new-customer business, expanding customer solutions and developing the DSC portfolio. Before that he was, among other things, involved in university research on production in medium-sized businesses, marketing manager for geo information systems and product manager at a PLM system manufacturer.
